So my wife saw this in her Facebook feed ages ago and said that she would really love to do something like this to see if it was calm her storm.as she calls it (aniexty), so when her birthday came up it was the perfect gift.
She started one the other day when she needed time out from our 3 little ones and honestly when she came back after only 10mins of doing some of her mandala, well she had her calm back and her happy self again. I am so thankful that this has worked for her. Now will have to look at some others.
