Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
- Used items with visible signs of wear
- Damaged items not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
Check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at hello@lifeofcolourproducts.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if defective or damaged. Contact us at hello@lifeofcolourproducts.com to initiate an exchange.
Gifts
If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend a trackable service for items over $75. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
