I love these totes. They are big enough to carry a lot and are made of high quality materials. I'm giving them as gifts.
As a full-time Artist, these pens are my go-to for any paper or canvas artwork! The colours are vibrant and mix well with water. I would highly recommend these to my fellow creators!
I ordered two bags as a bundle online, and then on the way to the check-out got a special deal with a second set.
I didn't realise the second bundle was with only one set of pens. I reached out to customer service but didn't hear anything, so left an unhappy review. The customer service team reached out immediately by phone and it became clear their replies to me didn't arrive and one went to the spam folder... They kindly sorted me with an extra set of pens, which was fantastic.
Unfortunately I could not change my other review, but wanted to add here that I was very grateful for their follow-up. If you don't think you get a response, I can only suggest you should call them!

The acrylic markers are great for colouring on different textures as they are like a pen and instead of using the brush tips as they are better on smooth surfaces 😬 also the Grankids can use these without breaking them. Lots of colours to choose from too 🤩

I ordered two of the wildflower totes for a craft project on a mom‘s weekend away coming up. Unfortunately, I was sent one wildflower tote, and one heart tote. HOWEVER… The customer service people were very friendly and very helpful and got another wildflower tote sent out right away… I just received it on Wednesday…. So I appreciated that!

We had fun colouring on our weekend away. I was a little disappointed to realise that a few of the pens ran out prior to us completing our artwork (the wood absorbs a lot of ink). I have another set to get through, but I may use other pens in the future.

I love the quality of these bags and they are fun to colour. Of course it takes a bit longer to colour in because it's fabric, you may have to go over images a few times. The bags are so roomy and of great, sturdy quality.
