Before you order

Do I have to type the code at checkout?

No. Tap Copy and apply, or just add something to your cart, and the 15% is already there. It carries through to checkout on its own.

Is this only for a first order?

Yes, one use per customer. If you have ordered from us before, your account keeps the perks it already has.

I have never painted anything. Will I manage?

Every board, bag and house arrives with the design already printed or engraved. You are filling in shapes, not drawing them.

When does it arrive?

Orders leave our warehouse within one business day, then 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Why does the advent calendar check out on its own?

It is a pre-order and ships from mid October, so it travels as its own order. Everything else ships straight away.

What if I change my mind?

Write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out. Kits need to be unopened to be returned.
