How long does delivery take?
These orders ship from Sydney, so allow 5 to 9 business days once the order leaves us. Free shipping applies above the threshold shown at checkout. That wait is exactly what the new US warehouse is built to remove for everything that moves into it.
Why are these kits leaving the US store?
We are moving US fulfilment into a warehouse in the United States, which makes delivery faster and shipping cheaper for everything we hold there. These kits are the bulkiest and most fragile in the range, so they are not being stocked in it. We are clearing the last of the US stock until September 30. Nothing about the kit changes and they stay on sale in Australia and the UK. Only the US store stops carrying them.

What exactly comes in the box?
Every kit lists what is included on its own page, and most come with the pens you need. The surface arrives with the design already printed or engraved, so nothing else is required to start.
What happens after September 30?
These kits come off our US store. They stay available in our Australian and UK stores, but they will no longer be sold to customers in the United States, and we are not restocking them here.
I have never painted anything. Will I manage?
The design is already on the surface, so you are colouring inside lines rather than drawing from scratch. One coat covers on most surfaces, and reviewers who describe themselves as beginners are the ones who post the finished pieces above.
What if I change my mind?
Write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out. Kits need to be unopened to be returned.
