Glass porcelain and ceramic products that will be washed frequently should be baked in a home over for 30-60 minutes on 150-180 Celsius in order to seal the design

Our Water-based acrylic paint pens are waterproof once dry on most surfaces that don't come into regular contact with water, however sealing them with a paint sealer will make them 100% weatherproof.
Any surface you can dream of is a great match for paint pens. Rocks, wood, metal, fabric, leather, paper, terracotta, ceramic and canvas are just some of the surfaces you can paint and draw on.
We have five tip sizes and types;
1mm (fine) and 3mm (medium) in the bullet tip acrylic markers;
Dual tip dot pens with 5mm and 1mm tips;
Brush tip 0.5-0.8mm
Acrylic Markers 2.5mm
We recommend using the 1mm fine tips or dot pens for detailing and very fine lines. Dot pens are for making perfect dots. Please note that fine tip pens will splatter on rough surfaces. Brush pens, Acrylic markers and Medium tip (3mm) pens are best for drawing, colouring in, and filling in backgrounds.

Still waiting to receive my order it’s been over 2 months since I ordered and it’s been over a month since it said it’s on it way!!
Hi there,
I apologise that there does appear to be a delay with your delivery - I have located two orders under this email that were placed on the 15th of January.
I will make contact with the shipping company USPS to see what the hold up is and if there is no update in tracking in the next three working days please make contact with our customer care to have your orders shipped out again or refunded for you.

Streaky and poor coverage
I do love the convenience of paint pens but these ones are so streaky compared to other brands I’ve used. I love that there’s so many colour options and variety like metallic and fluro but the coverage is so poor. I don’t enjoy them as much as I wanted to. Some pens already seem like they’ve dried out with how patchy it is

The brush pens can be complex tools and do require care, to reactivate the pen and paint flow please gently dip the tip in water, replace the lid and shake well.
Repeat this process until the paint flows freely again.
